On Saturday, November 27th 2021, the SLW Centennial Navy JROTC assisted the Reverence Motorcycle Association and the Historical Society of Martin County in presenting Colors for the “Tribute to Valor” in remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defending freedom during the Vietnam War and the Global War on Terrorism.
The Color Guard personnel were right rifleman Cadet Petty Officer First Class Daniel Sharpe, unit flagman Cadet Petty Officer First Class Peyton Mangine, ensign flagman Color Guard Commander Cadet Ensign Casey Scott, and left rifleman Cadet Lieutenant Commander Gregory Vetrano.
