On April 26th at 6PM, the Port Saint Lucie High School Army JROTC Jaguar Battalion hosted their annual Change of Command ceremony. Relieving the current Battalion Commander of his duty c/LTC Travis Cetin welcomes c/LTC Veronika Patti to command and led the Battalion on a successful path.
Pictured below is Mr. Jerry Earley as the Commander performing the tradition of “Passing of the Colors.” The Change of Command is a simple, traditional event that is rich with symbolism and heritage. The distinguished guest for the ceremony was Assistant Chief Richard Del Toro, of the Port St. Lucie Police Department.
