PBIS Brings the Fun: FPC Minute to Win It Challenge

Fort Pierce Central High School’s September PBIS activity turned an ordinary lunch period into a high-energy celebration of fun, laughter, and friendly competition! Students gathered in the cafeteria to take part in a series of “Minute to Win It” games—quick, quirky challenges designed to test skill, coordination, and creativity in just 60 seconds.

The room buzzed with excitement as students took on hilarious tasks like Cookie Face, where participants had to move a cookie from their forehead to their mouth using only facial muscles—no hands allowed! Cheers erupted with every successful bite and every dramatic cookie drop. Meanwhile, Balloon Knock Down had students using balloon-powered air to topple stacks of cups, combining strategy and silliness in equal measure.

From the moment the games began, the cafeteria was filled with laughter, encouragement, and the kind of joyful chaos that makes school memories unforgettable. Teachers and staff joined in the fun too, cheering on students and celebrating every win, near-win, and creative attempt.

These PBIS events are more than just games—they’re a chance to build community, reward positive behavior, and give students a moment to shine outside the classroom. And judging by the smiles and applause, September’s activity was a huge hit!

Coming up next: Mark your calendars for October 10th, when PBIS will host Decorate Donuts—a sweet and creative treat for students who’ve earned 5 purple tickets. Whether students are a sprinkle enthusiast or a frosting artist, this is event not to be missed!
