Bayshore Elementary had a night where the Aces shined. Parents and students were invited to school to play games against the teacher, and possibly win prizes if they were able to beat the teacher. Teachers and parents were recognized for being Aces to students, and every student was able to win a prize in the end. Parents also received information about PBIS, and Kids at Hope all while having fun at the same time.

The accounting field is very diverse.  Bookkeepers and accountants work in a variety of industries including fashion, law, government, entertainment, sports, telecommunications, and marketing.  Students learn about manual and computerized accounting systems.  After graduating, students are ready to work in record keeping or go on to advanced training at the college level. St. Lucie Public Schools and Indian River State College work in collaboration to provide students with opportunities to experience a college campus, speak with individuals on site, and establish robust goals for their future.  Students recently participated in a 2017 Men of Color College Tour.
