LPA Advances in Digital Video Competition

FORT PIERCE, FL –  Lincoln Park Academy’s Adobe CAPE Academy team moves to the final round of judging for the Kid Witness News (KWN) global digital video competition.  KWN is a global video education program supported by Panasonic, with the aim of boosting creativity, enhancing communication skills, and fostering teamwork through video production by children at the elementary and secondary school levels.

There are currently 553 schools in 19 countries participating in the program worldwide, of which 53 of those schools are enrolled in the U.S. Although KWN represents students from schools across the country and around the world, the messages in their videos have common themes that cannot be ignored. They reflect the world they live in and what affects their everyday lives. Through these videos, we are able to see “The World Through Their Eyes.”
