Jaguars at the Atlantic Raider Meet

Port Saint Lucie High School’s JROTC Raider Team traveled to Atlantic High School to compete in a Raider Challenge. The competition consisted of back to back events starting with Rope Bridge and a physical fitness test (PT). During the PT test the team had to complete a total of 500 push-ups, 500 sit-ups, and 85 pull-ups.  The rest of the events consisted of a ¾ mile litter carry with 80lbs of weight, move 40 20lb sandbags from one point to another, flip a 350lb tire 100 yards, and finish by running a mile to the finish line. Port Saint Lucie High finished with a time of 29:36 securing the first place win by 46 seconds. It was a tough course but our raiders did an amazing job.
