Debbie Hawley, Chairman of the St. Lucie County School Board, was honored at this month’s Chamber of Commerce Ladies Luncheon. Ms. Hawley is a staunch advocate for children and public education. As a three-term School Board member, Chief Operating Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and involved community member, she is a catalyst for the acceleration of literacy, expansion of mental health services, and improvements in safety and security.
