Huge Holiday Praise goes out to some of our students for doing their part to spread some holiday cheer.
Cadets from the FPWA Army JROTC partnered with students from Ms. Granberg’s Emerging Tech in Business Class to participate in the annual “Letters From Home” Project. For the last four years, the JROTC Program has adopted a deployed military unit and sent hundreds of handwritten letters and personalized holiday art pieces to the service members during the holidays, to bring some much-needed smiles while they are away from their friends and family.
This year’s batch was sent to a US Army Forward Support Battalion based in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
Each year, multiple service-members have taken the time to write back to the students to show their appreciation for their efforts. We are so very proud to continue this project each year and get the students involved in something that has such a far-reaching impact.
