Before winter break, Fort Pierce Central freshmen leadership techniques students benefited from in-person visits to sample CTE program offerings. CTE or Career Technical Education courses offer real-world training for students to graduate high school with needed job readiness skills, training, and certificates to enter the working world. These snapshots into Central’s Criminal Justice and Culinary Arts Programs gave students firsthand glimpses into the experience-based and skill-building rigor of these certificate-earning tracks of study. Fort Pierce Central also offers Health Sciences, Automotive Services Technology, and Embry Riddle Aviation and Aerospace CTE learning academies. Thank you to Mr. Allcroft, Chef Swertfager, and Chef Strell for your commitment to cultivating real-world readiness and preparing our students for their future success.
