Bayshore Elementary School’s kindergarten students and their families participated in a Thanksgiving feast recently. Students compared children of today with children in the past while learning about their culture. They also learned the importance of national holidays, such as Thanksgiving, as a way of recognizing our nation’s heritage. Winn Dixie sponsored the event and helped serve students and families.
