J.A.G.S. support community efforts

The (J)aguar (A)thletes (G)etting (S)tronger, or JAGS, donated money, time, enthusiasm, and support for breast cancer research at the recent Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, held at the Port St. Lucie Civc Center. Port St. Lucie High School had representation from basketball, cheerleading, football, golf, soccer, and volleyball, along with teachers, clerical staff, and family members and friends of the Jaguar Nation.

Port St. Lucie High history fair entry features St. Lucie County education

Port St. Lucie High School junior Jonathan Lane won first place in the documentary portion of the school-based History Fair.  Lane’s documentary titled “Building St. Lucie County’s Future” featured interviews with St. Lucie County School District leaders, l including Superintendent Mike Lannon and Associate Superintendent Dr. Owen Roberts. Pictured is Superintendent Lannon addressing students during the event.
