Forest Grove Middle School faculty and staff participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake event on Saturday, September 26th. Forest Grove Middle school placed third for the 1pm session.

Forest Grove Gives to the Troops

Students from the Varying Exceptionalities class at Forest Grove Middle School collected supplies for the military in Afghanistan with the help of Linda Doss and Doris Follweiller.

Forest Grove Student Attends Leadership Program

7th grade student,Sultan Mahmud, was nominated by Leigh Bretherick.   He attended the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, DC over the summer for 1 week.185 middle school students participated.He heard speakers such as Al Gore, Mitt Romney, Gen. Colin Powell (Ret.), Newt Gingrich, Jesse Jackson, etc.Sultan learned that a leader has many different traits and that determines what leadership style they have.His favorite part was a sleep-over at the science museum and using the simulators.
