Allapattah Flats fourth grade student Enrique Crespo has been selected to represent People to People, as a Student Ambassador, for England and France in the summer of 2012. This is an exciting educational opportunity designed specifically for students and led by teachers. People to People’s mission is to bridge cultural and political borders through education and exchange, making the world a better place for future generations. During the 14-day journey Enrique will learn about British government, Shakespeare’s theatre, Normandy Beach, see the architecture of the Notre Dame Cathedral and explore art at the Louvre Museum. Enrique and his parents are grateful for his teachers, Eric Redding, Shannon Johnson, and Edwina Taylor for believing in him and inspiring him to learn.
