Our Greyhounds were out in the community making a difference, volunteering at the Boo-Bays 5K and lending a hand at a local community garden!
At the Boo-Bays 5K, students cheered on runners, handed out water and medals, and helped every participant feel celebrated at the finish line. Three Key Club members even laced up their running shoes and completed the race themselves!
Meanwhile, another group spent the morning preparing a community garden, labeling future plantings, learning about hydroponics, and supporting sustainable food growth.
We are incredibly proud of these students for giving their time, serving others, and representing LPA so well.
A BIG thank-you to our amazing Key Club sponsors, Maria Peterson and Melissa Cassella, for the countless hours they dedicate to creating meaningful service opportunities and inspiring a lifelong commitment to helping others.
