School pride was on full display at Oak Hammock K-8 as students and staff recently participated in an exciting House Dress-Up Day, celebrating the school’s vibrant House System and the positive culture that connects Ospreys across all grade levels. Ospreys embraced the opportunity to represent their houses while building connections with peers and earning house pride points.
One of the highlights of the day was seeing students connect across grade levels. As older students passed younger students in the hallways, they often exchanged high-fives with fellow house members, strengthening relationships and creating a sense of belonging throughout the school. Teachers and staff also joined the celebration, helping create an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and school spirit. The event served as another reminder that the House System is an opportunity to develop leadership, character, teamwork, and a strong sense of community.
