Each month, the staff at Southport Middle School recognizes one teacher and one staff member who exemplify excellence and are selected by their peers for their outstanding contributions to our school community. For the month of August, SPMS is proud to recognize Ms. Capre as Teacher of the Month and Ms. McFadden as Staff Member of the Month. Both individuals consistently demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to creating a positive environment for students, staff, and families.
Ms. Capre’s passion for teaching and her ability to build meaningful relationships with students make a lasting impact in the classroom. Her dedication to student success is evident in all she does. Ms. McFadden serves as one of the first friendly faces visitors see when entering Southport. No matter how busy the front office becomes, she warmly welcomes students and families with a smile and a positive attitude.
