Ready, Set, Kindergarten!
July was an exciting time at Fairlawn Elementary as we welcomed our newest Patriots for Kindergarten Orientation and Kindergarten Readiness Testing! Over the course of three days, our incoming kindergarten students had the opportunity to meet their teachers, explore their new school, and participate in activities designed to help us learn more about their individual strengths and readiness for kindergarten.
Our teachers worked with each child through fun, age-appropriate readiness activities while families received helpful information about beginning this exciting new chapter. The three days were filled with smiles, new friendships, eager learners, and lots of excitement for the school year ahead.
Now that August has arrived, our kindergarteners have officially started their journey at Fairlawn Elementary! We are so proud of how wonderfully our newest Patriots have settled into their classrooms and routines. Kindergarten is off to a fantastic start, and we can’t wait to see all the learning, growing, and memories this year will bring. Welcome to Fairlawn, Kindergarten!
