Southport Middle School proudly hosted our annual Spring musical, Alice in Wonderland, Jr., from February 26 to February 28. Families, friends, and faculty enjoyed a trip down the rabbit hole where we got to meet the Cheshire Cat, the Caterpillar, the Queen of Hearts, and a myriad of other unique and eccentric characters. This amazing production showcases how the arts in our schools connects us all as current Southport students; Port St. Lucie High School students were given leadership opportunities to choreograph, paint, and create this fantastic world, while Morningside Elementary was able to host a field trip for future Southport students to see what they can achieve if they pursue their dreams and embrace their creativity. Thank you to everyone who joined our community by starring in, helping craft, or being an audience member of our show. We appreciate your support of the arts in our schools.
