Southport Middle School recently enjoyed a wonderful evening of community partnership during Tip‑A‑Teacher Night at Texas Roadhouse. Students, families, staff members, and local patrons came together to support SPMS, creating an atmosphere filled with school pride and generosity. Teachers enthusiastically stepped into the role of hosts, assisting the Texas Roadhouse wait staff and connecting with families outside of the classroom in a fun and meaningful way. Through this event, Southport Middle School received 10% of the proceeds from patrons who submitted their receipts. In addition, many generous community members went above and beyond by making donations to support this great cause. The funds raised will help provide incentives and recognitions for both students and staff, reinforcing positive behavior, motivation, and school spirit. Southport Middle School is grateful for the continued support of our families and community partners.
