On December 8, Mrs. Baumgarten’s Certified Legal Assistants class participated in the second session of our Legal Assistant Clinics at the RJS Law Library in Fort Pierce. These clinics provide students with valuable insights from local attorneys about the skills and qualities essential for success as a legal assistant. During this session, students had the opportunity to learn from George L. Metcalfe, the featured guest speaker, who shared practical advice on what it takes to land a legal assistant position—and what it takes to keep it.
