SLW Centennial High School Culinary Students had the distinct honor of preparing food and decorating the Eagle Café for a District Meeting.
Our talented Culinary Arts students poured their hearts into creating a stunning fall-inspired menu that impressed every guest in attendance.
From Thanksgiving sliders and antipasto skewers to arugula salad with watermelon and feta, each dish reflected the students’ creativity, skill, and dedication. The desserts — a rich chocolate brownie Bundt cake and a cozy apple monkey bread pull-apart — provided the perfect sweet ending to an extraordinary meal.
Beyond the kitchen, students transformed the Eagle Café into a beautifully decorated fall venue, showcasing not only their culinary artistry but also their eye for design and hospitality.
A huge thank you to Principal Boria for trusting us to bring her event to life and allowing our students the opportunity to shine. We are so proud of their professionalism, teamwork, and passion — a true reflection of the excellence that defines St. Lucie West Centennial High School.
