On Thursday, September 11, Treasure Coast High School’s Air Force JROTC cadets honored the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and paid tribute to the heroes who emerged in the face of tragedy.
As part of St. Lucie Public Schools, we pause to reflect on the courage, unity, and resilience that define this day. Patriot Day is a time to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of kindness that followed.
Let us continue to teach our students the importance of service, compassion, and remembrance. May we never forget.
