Third-grade teacher, Mrs. TenEyck from Village Green Elementary, is using the rain Port St. Lucie has experienced the past few weeks to help engage her students in fun and interactive activities in her science class. They are using natural resources from around the campus to create an indoor habitat for tadpoles to mature into frogs- her students have been enjoying learning about the different stages of development! It’s always great when teachers can incorporate resources from around campus to get the kids involved!
