One Office Has It All!
FPC Assistant Principal Jesus Rivera has an eclectic office. Upon walking in, immediately on your left, you are welcomed by a Cobra graduation cap and gown. Each person on this campus is here with the same goal, to get every student to graduate. Starting in 9th grade, Cobras know that graduation is their destination. Looking beyond the purple and gold is a 6 layered shelving unit full of wrestling memorabilia and action figures with Mr. Rivera posing with his wrestling championship belt.

Following your footsteps to the right are a collection like no other in Cobra Nation, retro one-third sized arcade games, a small sample from his home collection brought to campus. “As a child, I watched others having fun playing games at the arcade. Growing up through tough times meant that extra funds for playing games were not guaranteed,” recounts Mr. Rivera. “Now as an Assistant Principal and a dad, when my kids at home and our students at school see the arcade games, I want them to make first-hand memories of joy that I observed but did not get to experience,” shares Mr. Rivera. At any point, you might hear familiar game theme songs or buttons feverishly being pressed towards a top score. Taking time to invest in students personally and professionally is the Cobra Way! Students should feel that they have a place at school that is welcoming, structured, and supportive. FPC means family and we are all here to carry out the St. Lucie Public Schools’ motto: Each Child, Every Day! Game On Cobra Nation!
