This year’s inaugural Marching Band Showcase was a spectacular event that highlighted the talents and skills of students and directors. Fans crowded Lawnwood Stadium on Saturday evening (October 14) for an exciting evening of music as middle school and high school marching bands performed selections independently and (in a special performance) together under the direction of special guest conductor Dr. Kevin G. Perry.
The Education Foundation, a huge supporter of Arts in Education, was also instrumental in supporting this event through its Matching Teacher Grant.
