On this month’s Que Pasa, Linda Tapia speaks to Dr. Alejandro Miquel. Dr. Miquel is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at the Florida Community Health Center (FCHC). They discuss information about health services available for homeless, migrant children and their parents. The FCHC Primary affordable care services are available to all residents in several counties. Stay tuned to ¿Que Pasa? St. Lucie to learn about resources available for homeless and migrant families. In addition to offering  medical services, FCHC also provides backpacks and school supplies to migrant families in St. Lucie County, educates students about dental hygiene, provides enrollment for Medicare program services, as well as offering behavioral and chiropractic services.

He expresses how different amounts of effort, no matter how big or small, can affect someone’s day or life in a positive or negative way.
