At the Stuart Air Show, Treasure Coast High School JROTC cadets went above and beyond to ensure the event grounds remained clean and welcoming for all attendees. Hard work has paid off for Alexandra Artiles, a community-minded and academically involved graduate of Treasure Coast High School. Artiles has been named as one of 300 national semifinalists in the National Honor Society Scholarship program. She was selected from more than 25,000 applicants and will receive a $1,500 scholarship. This accomplished high honors graduate received her St. Lucie Public Schools (SLPS) high school diploma in May. On Thursday, October 30th, Treasure Coast High School proudly participated in the annual Giving Concert, a community event celebrating unity, kindness, peace, and love through music. Under the direction of Choral Director Fenelus Robed, the TCHS choir delivered a moving performance that captivated the audience and highlighted the power of student voices. The Treasure Coast High School Dance Repertory Company recently attended the Day of Dance at the University of South Florida in Tampa. This exciting event offered all of our dancers a unique opportunity to participate in collegiate-level dance classes taught by esteemed USF dance professors. They trained alongside current USF dance majors and over 200 high school students from across Florida, gaining valuable insight into the rigor and creativity of college-level dance. Treasure Coast High School Spanish classes of Mrs. Garcia, Mrs. Rivera, and Mrs. Gonzalez, in collaboration with the art teacher, Ms. Bass, and the science teacher, Mr. Lazar are making the Cultural Garden project a reality. The art students painted the flowerpots and the Spanish students planted the cultural flowers of the Hispanic countries.
On Thursday, October 30th, TCHS participated in the Sunshine Kitchen Cook Off. Our talented students, Madison Adames and IRSC student Jade Febus, had the incredible opportunity to compete under the expert mentorship of Chef Kristin Fink. They went up against four other high schools in the district, showcasing their culinary skills and creativity in a series of themed dishes, including a unique take on grilled cheese, a rendition of macaroni and cheese, and a dish utilizing pork tenderloin. The Treasure Coast High School National Honor Society partnered with SuperPlay USA to host a fundraiser for Bahamas relief efforts. A total of 112 Titans showed up to support this event, and funds raised went to Missionary Flights International to help with the cost of shipping the goods they collected. #TitanBornTitanBred

On September 11th, 2019, Treasure Coast High School’s AFJROTC shared their pride with Patriot’s Day Ceremony at the high school. The ceremony honored our nation’s flag with a flag folding and flag retirement ceremony. Additionally, Blue Star Moms and Gold Star Moms were in attendance and honored as well.
