Fort Pierce Central High School Festive with PBIS Hot Cocoa in the Café

The Fort Pierce Central High School PBIS team spread the warmth and cheer this season with a special treat for students who demonstrate positive behavior. The annual December Hot Cocoa Day rewarded students by enjoying a cozy cup of rich hot chocolate topped with their choice of freshly piped whipped cream, fluffy marshmallows, or both!

Students who consistently demonstrated our core expectations—Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible—earned purple tickets and were invited to enjoy a steaming cup of rich, velvety hot chocolate. To make this treat extra special, students had the option to top their cocoa with prefect little peppermint candy canes, freshly piped whipped cream, or a handful of fluffy marshmallows. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for making positive choices that create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

This event isn’t just about cocoa—it’s about recognizing the hard work and dedication our students show every day. When you choose kindness, respect, and responsibility, you help build a school culture where everyone can thrive. PBIS is all about reinforcing those behaviors, and what better way to celebrate than with a warm cup of chocolatey goodness? Special thanks to the PBIS Leadership of Ms. Schwerer and Mrs. DeVries as well as the Cobra Culinary team and Chef Strell!
