The Fort Pierce Central Unified Bowling Team delivered an impressive performance at the Regional competition on October 9. The students competed in a bracket-style tournament with focus, teamwork, and determination. In their first year as a team, the Cobras finished just one game shy of qualifying for the State Championship. This is a remarkable achievement that speaks to their dedication and skill.
The Unified program pairs athletes with and without disabilities to promote inclusion through sports. FPC’s Unified partners and athletes exemplified that mission throughout the event. Their display of sportsmanship, collaboration, and school spirit made the entire Cobra community proud. This milestone marks the beginning of what promises to be an exciting journey for Unified Sports at Fort Pierce Central, as the team continues to break barriers and set new goals for future competitions.
