FPC Faculty Fun

Holiday celebrations come in many forms and are shared through many treasured traditions. The Fort Pierce Central High School Family has made celebrating together a time-honored touchpoint in our school year. The capstone event is the Poinsettia Luncheon catered by the Cobra Culinary department.

Mrs. Donnelly dips her fruit skewer into the lusciously flowing chocolate fountain.

Softly lit candles on crisp linens with fresh pressed and folded napkins, along with perfectly placed silverware awaited each staff member. The menu was Roasted Pork Loin with Apples and Bacon Chicken Parmesan, Pasta Station with Shrimp or Vegetables, Garlic Alfredo or Marinara Sauce, Sliced Roast Beef with a Garlic Au Jus, Assorted Roasted Vegetables, Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potato Puree, Magnolia Banana Pudding, Holiday Sugar Cookies, Red Velvet Parfaits, and Gluten Free Mini Chocolate Raspberry Cakes. A warm thank you to Chefs Strell and Swertfager as well as all the outstanding students who proudly make the Cobra Culinary Program shine.

Lunch time brought extra special treats with hot chocolate flowing into cups with whipped cream and marshmallows not to mention the luxurious chocolate fountains with fruit skewers.

The medical support staff stop in for a cup of hot chocolate and cozy conversation.

Mrs. Warren, Ms. Brown, and Mrs. Coffer dip into the dazzling array of assorted goodies and pause with a smile for a fun photo.
