S.T.E.A.M Programs Shine as Families Attend MSAP Magnet Expo

Full S.T.E.A.M. ahead! Hundreds of families stopped by the St. Lucie Public Schools District office Wednesday night to learn more about the MSAP Magnet School offerings during the second annual MSAP Magnet Schools Expo.  Families were greeted by teams from the two MSAP Magnet K-8 schools, Creative Arts Academy of St. Lucie and Samuel S. Gaines Academy of Emerging Technologies.  Educators, STEAM Advocates, and Administrators shared the various STEAM offerings such as Project Lead the Way courses, Cambridge curriculum, Minecraft Education, LEGO Makerspaces, Instrumental Music, Dance, Musical Theater, Media Arts and so much more with families.  The Student Assignment Department was on site to help families fill out their applications for the MSAP Magnet Schools lottery.   To learn more about the MSAP Magnet Schools visit www.stlucieschools.org
