Miss Dewey’s classroom won a grant for Reflex Math Fact Fluency program. The students have been using the program now for a week and are so eager for math time. At White City Elementary classes researched and created display boards highlighting key facts about their country. Students were able to compare and contrast information as they conducted research using print and digital sources to extend their learning.
Parent Night for Action 100 was a big success with more than 40 students and approximately 30 parents. Thank you Wildcats for supporting our students and families.
Fifth graders enjoyed a trip back in time to the 11th century. They were able to experience the living conditions, weapons, housing, and village life of the Medieval Times.
Kristin Helser, a local attorney practicing civil law, recently visited White City Elementary with her mother. The two guests addressed fifth grade students about the laws governing our state.
