It’s National Take-Your-Child-to-the-Library Day! So at Manatee Academy that means families come out on a chilly Saturday morning and enjoy free world-famous, yummy chocolate-chip pancakes (by Chef Remington in pink), juice, prizes, and our fabulous library! Students could check-out up to 10 books! A truly fun day!
Literacy Week was a success! Students participated in daily Drop Everything And Read (D.E.A.R.) time. Students got cozy with a good book! DetailsThe Bulldog defense only allowed one goal in four games and provided the opportunities for hat tricks from both team captains – Javier Salgado and Diego Gonzalez. Mario Bello, Jesus Avila, and Roselis Mocteczuma also scored goals to lead the Bulldogs to their first championship.

Students at Palm Pointe Educational Research School @ Tradition in first and second grades enjoyed reading to their families. This is an annual “Read to Your Sweetheart” celebration and the students love sharing their favorite books with their family and friends. Their love for reading is wonderful!
