Migrant Education End-of-Year Parent Meeting

The end-of-year parent meeting for the District’s Migrant Education Program was a wonderful collaboration of people and organizations.
Elks Lodge #1520 donated 30 crock pots and surprised migrant students and parents with crock pots and groceries to take home.
Parents also enjoyed learning about a variety of topics including:

Online 2019-20 School Registration (Facilitator: Angie Moreno, Student Assignment)
ESE Services (Facilitator: Angie Moore, ESE)
Farmworker Career Program (Facilitator: Betty Guerrero, IRSC)
Health Services for Migrants (Facilitator: Eva Garcia, Florida Community Health Centers)
