Samuel Gaines Academy had the honor of having Mr. Dan Frank, executive director of schools for SLPS, as a guest speaker for the Speakers’ Bureau.
Eighth graders had the opportunity to hear Mr. Frank’s story and his life’s struggles before he became an educator. All in an effort to help students understand the importance of an education, hard work, and effort. He was accompanied by Dr. Donna Mills, SLPS board member, and Pastor Kenny Mills Sr.
